Back Squats
Pull-Ups

*Pull-Up reps only count when partner is holding the bottom of Back Squat.
*Pull-Up reps only count if bar is returned to full standing position.
*Work must go in order, but can be broken up however.
*5 Minute Time Cap...

At 5 Minutes:
2 Minute AMRAP
Burpees
 

*Only one partner may work at a time.
