The First Annual Downtown Duel, a CrossFit Competition, will be held on Saturday, December 14th in Tulsa, OK.
This Partner Competition will guarantee you three WODs, great prize packages, and a fun time!!
On December 14th, you and your same sex partner will tackle three WODs, battling against other athletes in the CrossFit Community. Heats begin at 8:00am, 12pm, and 4pm. Event registration goes live Monday, December 2nd at 9pm and will be capped at 12 Teams in each of the following divisions:
RX Men
Scaled Men
RX Women
Scaled Women
