Battle @ the Ballpark Workout Standards

Battle at the Ballpark workouts will test the competitors ability to perform multiple tasks, under various loads.  Choosing the right division will help ensure our event runs as smoothly as possible.  Standards for each division are as follows and ALL team members should be proficient in the each:

Rx Athletes
 
•       Muscle-ups (ring or bar)
•       Hand-stand Push-ups
•       Chest to Bar Pull-ups
•       Box Jumps (30” men/24″ women)
•       Burpee Box Jump (30' men/24" women)
•       Double Unders
•       Toes to Bar
•       Clean (175# men/ 115# women)
•       Snatch (135# men/ 95# women)
•       Deadlift (275# men/ 185# women)
•       Overhead Squat (175# men/ 115# women)
•       Shoulder to Overhead (175# men/ 115# women)
•       Thruster (135# men/ 95# women)
•       Front & Back Squat (175# men/ 115# women)
•       WallBalls 20/14 10’
•       KettleBell Swings (32/24kgs)
•       KettleBell Snatch (one arm) 24/16kgs
