The 2nd annual Ozark Mountain Shred-Fest, sponsored by Forged Clothing, will be held on December 7th and 8th, 2013 at CrossFit 417 in Ozark, MO. This is an individual competition designed to test each athlete in the ten disciplines of CrossFit through six WODs over two days. We expect some top-level competitors from the surrounding states which will allow each athlete to see how they stack up in preparation for the games season. This event will be a true test of where you stand before going into sectionals and regionals.
The competition will be held at CrossFit 417 which is an 8,000 square foot facility located in Ozark, Missouri. This location is off of hwy 65 and is 30 minutes from two airports (Branson/Springfield) which makes the event easily accessible for any out of state competitors that may be interested in participating. There will be something for everyone!
