Yoga Crossfit 5

This is the 5th video in my Yoga Crossfit series. This helps with blood flow, circulation, and strength. I demonstrate how to go into a headstand and for strength pike your legs. Kinda like doing an L-sit on your head. Hope you enjoy these videos and keep up with the stretching. I will keep posting more sequences and later build a library that has easy acess to all videos. I'm also currently working on another website that will help with the cool-downs after a Crossfit WOD.

  2. Thanks Jim I'm glad that this is helping you. I have more videos, but I am releasing them slowly. Like anything Yoga takes time and I'm always learning.
