This is a video that I think Crossfitters should try as a 5 min cool-down. I call it the Up & Down Cool-Down. This should be repeated 5-10 times, remember to take breaths throughout the movement. I will be posting more videos to help others learn to lengthen the muscles and stretch out after a WOD.
