Teach Safety

Most people don't know how to properly lower a weight safely. As coaches, we do our best to teach you to lift weights injury free, and we need everyone to keep safety in mind when lowering weights. This will drastically reduce the risk of injury for you and those lifting around you. This will also reduce the wear and tear on the equipment you use. Nobody wants to continuously replace weights and barbells.
