When you're inverted and balancing a handstand, where should you be looking - and how? For you devoted GWODers, you've probably worked up the strength and stability to hold a handstand but balancing (and walking) is definitely tricky business. This is where some fine tuning comes in, to play with small things like head and neck positions to put it all together:
