HandStand Practice



-Make sure your arms are fully extended at the top position.
-Balance the weight on the finger tips and wrist.
-Make sure you have your chin almost touching the chest.
-Keeping your stomach squeezed along with your glutes, quads, and toes pointing to the sky.
