Prepare Mentally For a RUN

Different people have different ideas about how they prepare mentally for a run. Some say it's 80% physical, 20% mental, while others say it's 20% physical and 80% mental. There is a mind-body connection, and you can't underestimate the mental piece. Most people start running and they get bored in the mind and stop. You must have motivation to run. Nothing can make you move your legs down the path if your head and heart are just not into it. You are the only one that can make yourself move. Run with music and other people as often as you can.
