Yoga is the KEY


There is a huge misconception in mainstream society and the fitness community(meatheads)in general, that yoga is for women and old people. Yoga is for everyone and needed by every crossfitter. Stretching helps prevent injuries, keeps the muscles loose, and should be a part of your health maintenance routine. Not stretching actually limits the growth of the muscle and it's output.
