OLY Lifting

Olympic lifts have no equal for developing speed, flexibility, coordination, total-body strength, and muscle. Every single muscle in your body will be worked to lift more weight than you’ve ever lifted. Also, because you’re doing all of these exercises with such speed, you’re recruiting every Fast-Twitch muscle fiber, which has the greatest capacity for increased size and strength.
