I’m always amazed at how most people assume that weight training is a low skill activity. On a regular basis, I meet people with absolutely no training experience who assume that I can give them a “program” in about fifteen minutes. I like to make sure people know how to use proper technique on all lifts.Typically, these people are professionals of some sort, and I want to ask them, “If I show up at your office, can you give me a quick overview and let me start doing your job?”
