Why do people get up at 5am just to go running? Simple: It’s because it makes them feel good.

If you find that you cannot run for very long at first, try running for one minute (or as long as you can manage), then walking for a minute, then running for a minute and so on until you have finished your workout. Slowly but surely, you will be able to build up the amount of time you can run for until you cut out the walking sections completely. You will soon start seeing and feeling the benefits.
