I ran 4 miles at Turkey mountain with Kiah 31:45

My friend Denver came over and we did a few workouts.

5 rounds fore time:
7 Deadlifts @ 225lb
7 Burpees
7 HSPU



Then: 21-15-9 reps
Bench Press @ 190lb
Box Jumps @ 30"


Then: 1 outdoor rope climb
