Pull-up Ladder

With a continuously running clock do one pull-up the first minute, two pull-ups the second minute, three pull-ups the third minute... continuing as long as you are able.
It's been a long time since I have done this wod. I started out strict pull-ups all the way through 7 minutes, then switched to a kip. Results 20 rounds + 18 pull-ups = 228 total
