WOD 12.3 Again

10 Rounds + 7 box jumps = 367 reps total

The CF Open is a numbers game. If you do any workout twice the outcome is always better. It's because we know what to expect and we know what to do different. So ask me was it worth it to only get 27 extra reps? I don't know yet because the soreness probably won't set in until Monday.
