I've decided to post just a weeks worth of workouts to give you an idea of how I will be training towards the CF Open. I usually don't post training because it is so individual and everyone must do what works for them. Listen to your body and REST when needed.

6pm workout:
Tabata Row :20 ON/ :10 OFF x 16
92/90/90/90/92/94/90/91/92/90/90/90/95/94/94/93 meters
WOD:
Three rounds for time: 3:21
20 KB swings 53lb
10 Deadlift 115lb
