James E. McNellie’s Public House and Fleet Feet Sports of Tulsa are pleased to present the “James E. McNellie’s Pub Run,” a race for runners and beer afficiandos alike. The sales from this race will benefit Youth Services of Tulsa. For more information about this organization, please go to yst.org
The rolling 4 mile course will start at Fleet Feet Sports Tulsa's new Blue Dome Store downtown, and finish at McNellie’s Pub, winding through the historic Brady and Blue Dome Districts. But the party doesn’t end there.
The race will be followed up by refreshments and entertainment. Two free beers for all participants over the age of 21, and non-alcoholic options will be available. The 4 mile race will be electronically timed. You must wear your timing device in the event in order to be in the results. Timing devices will be distributed on race day near the registration area by Fleet Feet Sports and the Dilly Deli.
LOCATION AND TIMES
The race will be held Saturday afternoon November 13, 2010 at 3:00 pm. The One Mile Fun Run will start at 3:10 pm. Race day registration will open at 12:00 pm on the Dilly Deli outdoor patio. The start will be in front of Fleet Feet Sports Tulsa at 2nd & Frankfort, while the finish will be in front of McNellie’s Pub at the corner of 1st Street and Elgin Avenue. Please park in the lot behind McNellie’s.
