On Monday @ Next Generation I did the 1 minute burpee max sprint and got 33, then rested 3 minutes and did it again to get 32. My previous record was 32 so I'm happy with the extra one. I know it's possible to hit 34 burpees in 1 minute, but every move counts. Have you tried the 1 minute Burpee max sprint??
I don't know if that's suppose to be a real "plank", but if it is, it's hideous. Every alignment issue is wrong. Not to mention potentially harmful.
ReplyDeleteThanks for pointing that out. You are correct, this was the only pic I could find that showed the burpee. The pic is also missing the chest to the ground, then back up to the top of a plank. Alignment is very important!
