Opps
Today I ran 4 miles at Turkey Mountain. A rock jumped out in front of me and threw me down. Good thing my hands landed before my face. I'm just a little bruised up. WOD 7 rds for time: 9:36 3 Front Squats 185lbs 7 Muscle-ups
