"Nancy"
I attempted "Nancy" for the first time today in CrossFit. "Nancy" 5 rds for time: Run 400m 15 Overhead Squats(95lb) 13:29 All sets of OHS unbroken, maybe all I could have done was run faster. It was rainy and cold is morning at 6:00am
