

Interesting combo today. Run 400 meters and 100 Thrusters 95lb for time. Anytime you set the bar on the ground to rest between thrusters you must run 400 meters. So I ran 400 meters in 1:29 and did 25 thrusters. Run 15 thrusters, run 15, run 15, run 15, and run 15. Total time of 27:01 and a very hard WOD, because the thrusters are a total body and they kill your shoulders. Even when I tried to run my shoulders were way too tight.
