Training your mind
What if you found out that the thing that slowed you down during a workout wasn't your lungs, your heart, or your muscles, rather it was your mind? Would you take any steps toward training it so that it wouldn't continue to hold you back? When you set out to do something it's usually 90% mental. So next time you want to have a great time on a WOD you need to visualize the time and go for it. You have to think positive and just go for it.
