Yoga Crossfit 3
This is video #3 on what to do after a Crossfit WOD. Repeat this sequence 3-5 times as a cool-down. I call this one the Twist Open Cool-Down. I recommend this stretch after a core exercise.
Thanks Chad, these are really making a difference in my flexibility. My back isn't as sore anymore and my form on my lifts is getting better.
