Golf
Played 9 holes of golf for the first time yesterday in almost 6 months. Actually not too bad, because I had two pars and three bogies, the other four were double bogies. I only had problems with a few putts. I am by no means a good golfer. I took about 12 golf lessons last year. I have only been playing golf for two years, but I love trying to get better at something that is so hard. So when the sun is shining and I have some spare time I will always be on the golf course. I have become a better golfer through Crossfit and Yoga.

Hi Chad. Great website. In the short time i've been doing crossfit I'm starting to actually think it is makeing a difference in my golf game. It's hard to explain but my core I feel is starting to get better and I think has helped me turn through the ball in one piece by just using my core muscles and limiting wasted body movement. My two short term goals this year are to drop my handicap to a 3 from a 7 and stop finishing DFL at corssfit. If only crossfit would help my putting... ug. Paul
