



Well the first WOD was a (DNF)did not finish. I could not regroup after 2 rounds and had to rehydrate. So I decided to go back to hotel eat and replenish my fluids. After about two hours I felt so much better. Still upset with myself, but was beyond my control. My 2nd WOD of the day was 50 Chest to Bar Pull-ups and 50 Burpees for time. I completed this WOD in 8:54 in the pouring rain. I ended up doing extra pull-ups due to form. There were thunderstorms that postponed the competition for 1 hour. It still rained the whole afternoon non-stop. This was Crossfit at it's finest.
