The weekend was so hands-on and I learned so much. I honestly can't believe that I had no idea about the concept of olympic weight lifting. I thought my 2:45 Grace time was awesome. It is a Grace, but all basically muscle cleans and jerks. I have begun to learn the technique of the snatch and clean. Thanks to all the coaches that helped me through the weekend. Now I'm going back to the basics and train more efficiant on all my lifts. I still believe Crossfit has everything to do with the warm-up and skill work. The idea of the workout against the clock works, but sometimes you need to make sure your form is correct.
