WOD WAR 1 CrossFit Team Competition

WOD 1
12 min AMRP
Athlete 1 will perform
7 Thrusters 95/65
7 T2B - or 14 situps
7 G2OH 95/65
Athlete 2 will then perform the same,
Athlete 3 will then follow
Athlete 4 will then follow
and the team will continue until time expires.

WOD 2
6 min AMRP
Athletes 1 and 2 (male and female) will Run 800m at the same time
they will be scored on their combined time

they will then -one at a time- perform as many DU possible with the time remaining.

WOD 3
2 min time cap
Athletes 3 and 4 (male and female) will be tasked with finding a Max Clean and Jerk
Each DU that athletes 1 and 2 performed in Wod 2 will earn one extra second in the time cap.
they will be scored on combined weight

WOD 4,5,6
15 min cap
Both Male Athletes will split between themselves
10 Bar MU - or 35 pullups
20 Deadlifts 275/185 or  30 Deadlifts 245/155
30 Box Jumps 24/20
40 Ball Slams 50/35
30 Box Jumps 24/20
20 Deadlifts 275/185 or  30 Deadlifts 245/155
10 Bar MU - or 35 pullups
then the female athletes will follow
Teams will be scored on Male time, Female time, and Total time
