IF getting leaner is a concern for you, how many of these tips are you consistently undertaking?
1) Eliminate processed ‘food’2) Eat healthy fats(omega 3′s, mono-unsaturated ie. olive oil)
3) Eat high quality protein/low carb diet
4) Limit carbs to lots of vegetables, some fruits
5) Hydrate well but only water, tea, coffee, no sugar
