Today and yesterday I decide to up the ante during my WODs and wore a 20lb weighted vest. It sure makes a difference. Everyday before I do these WODs, I do a skill with heavy weights. I also do some type of endurance workout 3-4 times per week. This morning very early I rowed a 2k. I train less time now, than I ever have. I practice Yoga almost daily to help strengthen-stretch my body.

Yesterday's WOD
50-40-30-20-10 reps for time: 12:52 w/ vest
Wallballs 20lb
Sit-ups

Today's WOD
10 rds for time: 13:59 w/ vest
15 KB Swings 55lb
15 Push-ups
