POSE Running Shoes
Brian Mackenzie from CFE recommends Adidas AdiZeros or Inov8 RockLites and FLites.
He also recommends against Vibram FiveFingers for training. His reasoning is that we are training for performance and that other shoes like racing flats will be better for that. Also, if you jump into Vibrams too quickly without building up to the new way you'll have to run, you may run into problems (ruptured Achilles, calf soreness, etc).
