
CrossFit WOD "Karen" 150 Wallballs (20/14lb) for time:
I have done this WOD many times before so I wanted to step it up with a 20lb vest. 9:34 and now I have a time to compare too. My belief is that next time I do "Karen" without a vest maybe I'll get a new PR. I could feel it in my legs and shoulders with that extra 20lbs. Are you pushing yourself to get better? Do you have a plan of attack on how to?
