Pushing Yourself
One of the most common questions I get as a coach from those finishing our members is “Does CrossFit ever get easier?” The question always makes me think of the questions my kids ask about getting older or getting bigger: “Dad, will I be able to lift that? Or do Muscle-ups when I get older?” I’ve asked this question a hundred times myself, so I get where they are coming from. Yes and No because you are pushing yourself past where you ever thought possible.
