After your muscle fibers are ripped, your body needs to repair them, and if none are coming in your body will use your organs to fill the void.
What is a Carbohydrate?
A carbohydrate is to provide the quickest form of energy, first converted into glucose, than pumped through the blood for the body to use.
Why is breakfast the most important meal of the day? It's because it provides your energy for the day. Well, the carbohydrates provide it. If you're planning on having a high energy activity, you should eat carbohydrates before hand.
What is dietary fat?
Fat is for vital body functions such as making hormones, building cell walls and storing energy.
