Anyone Can Do It!
You do not have to be an athlete to benefit from CrossFit. Average people from dentists to everyday moms have made it a goal to take on the program with all the enthusiasm they possess. While they do not have the same kinds of physical movement in their everyday lives as you might see from an athlete on the field, they still need to be ready to take on the tasks of their lives with energy and forcefulness.
