Running is the best way to stay in shape(I think). It requires very little equipment and it's an activity anyone can do. Very soon after we learn to walk, we figure out it's more fun to run! It gets us around quicker and it feels good to be on the move. Regardless of your sport, most of us will jog either as part of our game, or as part of a training program. It's therefore important to make sure your technique and training program are not going to lead to injury if you're running as part of your training. It's a perfectly natural activity providing you with a means to keep fit and healthy throughout your life.
