SLEEP is Important

I have clients look at me sideways when I tell them they need to sleep 8+ hours a night. If you are one of these sleep-deprived zombies, I challenge you to try it for a week. You will be amazed by how you feel and where your body composition goes with this little experiment. You might think you feel fine and soon realize that you have been in a chronic state of sleep deprivation.

 
I can't sleep at night. I have trouble waking up in the morning! Sound familiar?
