120 GHD sit-ups + stretch 30 min
SWIM
50 yd breast stroke warm-up
50 yd freestyle warm-up
3 x 50 yd freestyle sprints w/ 30sec rest
4 x 25 yd freestyle sprints hold breath w/ 45sec rest
250 yd swim for time: 6:00
250 yd freestyle practice
50 yd breast stroke cool down
50 yd freestyle cool down


Run 3 miles pushing stroller
