Oct 21, 2013
Swim Practice
-Freestyle, breaststroke, back stroke, and butterfly
-3 rounds 25m, 15 hand release push-ups, 25m
-then more swim practice and a 50m freestyle time trial :42

Oct 22, 2013
-Row 1k then 25 burpees to 6" target
-Death by Muscle-ups and toes through rings I got 7 min
-Row 5k 20:40 @ 85%
-Power Clean and Jerk 3-3-2-3-2-1-1-1-1 reps
185/205/225/245/265/285/295/315(fail)/305
-30 reps of the bear complex @ 205 = 13:37
power clean+front squat+push jerk+back squat+push jerk = 1 rep
