Strong Kids
16% of American children are obese. 55% do not meet the minimum requirement for physical activity. Obese or overweight children are more likely to become obese adults; resulting in numerous health & psychological issues. We want to get kids on the right track, early. We want to show kids that fitness is FUN and should be a part of daily life. It is important to teach our kids how to be active in a world where it is so easy and convenient to be inactive.
