Winter Training on a Snowboard


I've been skiing for years and I love it. Last two years I've been snowboarding and I love the new challenge. As athletes, it’s important to try some things you haven’t been doing. Using our muscles in different ways makes them more resilient and more efficient. It will add to your overall fitness!
