Bailing on a squat

Shove the bar backwards while simultaneously shooting your hips forward. Be quick. Dumping the bar on squats - back, front, overhead - is something you'll want to put high on the priority list of things to work on. Practice with a light weight a couple of times and you'll get the hang of it real quick. I also recommend that anytime you are lifting heavy back squats to lift inside of a cage.
