As any crossfitter already knows, a proper warm-up is critical for maximum performance. Also it helps with injury prevention. However, there exists some debate about the ideal warm-up, especially between static stretching and dynamic stretching. I prefer to warm-up with dynamic stretching and cool-down with static stretching. Here is a video that I made as a sample warm-up. It's all about what makes you feel good. Grease the groove and get your engine warmed up and stretched out.
