I do yoga 4-5 times each week no matter what. Over the past 8 years I have become good at holding plank. I have never maxed myself out on a plank hold. I went to CF this morning and we did plank holds. I actually held the plank position for 10 minutes straight. First time to ever try this for 10 minutes. Then I did a farmers carry with (2) 70lb kettle bells for 500 meters.
Then: 9-6-3 reps
