I wanted to just give you an idea into my training. I'm not going to tell you exactly what I do because that's too much information. I do 4 Yoga classes each week and I lift heavy 5 times a week. On top of all that I do 4-5 metcons and 2 running sessions. I always row 1-2k for my official warm-up before I start to stretch.
