This is the so called "Mountain" I attack twice a week. Kiah and I ran about 5 miles yesterday morning. I take different routes all the time. Hills have become super easy lately. Followed up by some Bench Press 225x5, 245x5, 275x5, 295x3, 315x3, & 335x1
Then: 5 rounds (no time)
5 Incline Press 225lb
7 Strict pull-ups
7 Strict toes to bar
CrossFit Sectionals start March 15th!!!!
