The Tiger Challenge






The Tiger Challenge was a 5k trail run then:
1 minute max reps/ 5 stations no rest
Chettah sprint = mountain climbers
Gorrilla slam = ball slams
Kangaroo hops = box jumps
Elephant trunk swings = kettlebell swings
Froggies = burpees
