Hi Chad,
ReplyDeleteIn regards to this post, I understand the idea behind decreasing the carbs and increasing the fat, but what is the reasoning behind doubling the protein? So if I am a 4 blocker, that would mean that I would instead eat 8 blocks of protein for a meal, is that correct?
Thanks
Greg
Hey Greg,
ReplyDeleteGreat question. What I mean is if you are a 4 blocker just cut carbs down to 2 blocks. I do this for myself and it's what works for me. All my carbs come from mostly vegetables.
Oh ok got it Chad, that makes sense, thanks.
