My Heats for Sectionals


WOD #1 12:30pm Saturday
WOD #2 6:00pm Saturday
WOD #3 12:30pm Sunday

I have been training CrossFit for 2 years in the early morning. The last heat of every workout will be interesting. Now all I have to do is beat the top time of the day. Easier said than done.
